What happens to your information
This covers visiting this website and emailing the address on it. It's short because there isn't much to say: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and doesn't ask you for anything.
The site collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party fonts or scripts. If you email, we keep the email so we can reply and so there's a history of the conversation. Nothing is sold, shared or used to build a profile.
Who's responsible
Musterlog is run by Abdul Khalique, who is the data controller for this website and for email sent to it. Musterlog Ltd is in formation in England. Once it's registered, the company becomes the controller, and this page will say so and give the company number. Registration with the Information Commissioner's Office will be in place before any customer records are held.

Visiting the site
No cookies are set, by this site or anyone else, so there's nothing to consent to and no banner. Fonts are served from this domain, not a font network. There's no analytics product, no advertising tag, no session recording, and no embedded video or map that calls out to another company.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, its servers log requests as they're served: the page requested, the time, the IP address it came from, and the browser's user agent string. The logs are there to keep the site running and deal with abuse. They aren't read for marketing or joined to anything else, and the host keeps them for a short period before deleting them.

The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you wrote to a business about its product and you'd expect a reply. If you don't want to hear from us again, just say so and we'll stop.
Who else sees it
The email provider that handles mail for this domain, and the site host named above. Both act on our instructions and neither gets the information for their own use. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to a data broker, and nothing is used to train a model. If we change supplier, we'll update this page.
Records held inside the Musterlog product for a customer work differently: the customer is the controller and Musterlog is the processor. That's covered on the data and security page.
Your rights
- Ask what's held about you, and get a copy.
- Have it corrected if it's wrong.
- Have it deleted, unless it's one of the business records above.
- Object to it being held on the legitimate-interests basis.
Email to ask, and you'll get an answer within a month, usually much sooner. There's no form to fill in. If it isn't clear the request is from you, I may ask you to confirm who you are first.
If you're not happy with how a request was handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You don't have to raise it with us first, though it's usually quicker.
Changes to this page
The date at the top is when it last changed. Two changes are already expected: the company number, once Musterlog Ltd is registered, and the ICO registration number, once the fee is paid. Neither will be added before it's true.
