One licence for the group
Billed once a year to the organisation that carries the duty. There's no subscription per venue, because the people on site aren't the ones with the problem.

Bands count premises in scope, not premises owned. Forty pubs where nine cross 200 is priced as nine. If you've got fewer than five in scope, ask us first: a single-venue tool for each may well be the better buy. Working out which are in scope.
Buy a single-venue tool instead. There are several at £19 to £38 a month and they do the job well for one premises. Or use the free ProtectUK templates and a folder, which for one site is often enough.
Why it costs more than £38 a month
It's a different product, sold to a different person.
The per-venue tools price per venue because they sell to the venue. For a group, that causes two problems. Coverage depends on forty managers each deciding to spend money, so in practice some sites never get done. And there's no group view, because nobody built one.
Musterlog is licensed to the organisation. The cost sits in one place, every site is covered, and you can answer for all of them at once. If you only need one site covered, that's worse value and you should buy the cheaper thing.

We're taking three groups by 30 October 2026, free until April 2027, with at least one place kept for an insurer or broker. The list closes then because the build is briefed in November and the pilots shape it. A pilot is a one-paragraph letter of intent, not a contract. Either side can walk away, and we'll talk about pricing before any paid term starts. Talk about a pilot.
About the £330 figure
The Home Office's impact assessment put the cost of standard tier at around £330 per premises per year. Most of that is management and staff time, not money spent, so it isn't a price to compare a licence against. The real cost of this duty is people's hours spent chasing sites one at a time, and a group view saves a lot of those.
