Talk about a pilot
A short call is the fastest way to work out whether Musterlog is any use to you. If it is not, I will say so on the call rather than three emails later.
Replies within a working day. If you say roughly how many sites you run and whether they are managed or tenanted, the first reply will be more useful than a request for a meeting.
What a pilot is
- Free until April 2027. No cost during the pilot period, and pricing is discussed before any paid term begins.
- A one-paragraph letter of intent, not a contract. Either side can walk away at any point, for any reason.
- Three groups, before November. At least one place is held for an insurer or broker.
- Your estate shapes the product. That is the actual trade: you get it free and early, and it gets built around a real portfolio rather than an imagined one.
What to expect on the call
About twenty minutes. It opens with one question, which is whether your sites are managed or tenanted, because that decides whether the duty is even yours and there is no point in the other nineteen minutes until it is settled.
After that: roughly how many of your premises cross 200 on a busy night, how the procedures are handled today, and who would actually be the person answering if the SIA rang. No demo unless you ask for one, because there is more to learn from your answers than from my screen.
Please do not book a call. Use the free ProtectUK templates and the ACT Awareness course, or one of the single-venue tools at £19 to £38 a month. Musterlog is priced for organisations answering for many premises and it would be poor value for you. The reasoning is on the pricing page.
Before you get in touch
Two pages that may answer the question without a call, and will make the call better if they do not.
- Are you in scope? The 200 threshold, tested per site.
- Who holds the duty? Managed, tenanted, franchised and concessions.
