Talk about a pilot
A short call is the quickest way to find out whether Musterlog is any use to you. If it isn't, I'll tell you on the call.
I reply within a working day. Tell me roughly how many sites you run and whether they're managed or tenanted, and the first reply will be a lot more useful.
What a pilot is
- Free until April 2027. There's no cost during the pilot, and we'll talk about pricing before any paid term starts.
- A one-paragraph letter of intent, not a contract. Either side can walk away at any point, for any reason.
- Three groups, by 30 October. At least one place is kept for an insurer or broker.
- Your estate shapes the product. You get it free and early, and it gets built around a real portfolio.
What happens on the call
It takes about twenty minutes. The first question is whether your sites are managed or tenanted, because that decides whether the duty is even yours.
Then: roughly how many of your premises cross 200 on a busy night, how you handle procedures today, and who'd be answering if the SIA rang. No demo unless you want one. I'll learn more from your answers than you will from my screen.
